I would really appreciate your help with an urgent email campaign...

My dear friend Veli and his family live and earn their living in tourism on the Anatolian coast of Turkey and are being displaced by the military who wants to build a submarine base. After a costly court battle they now have 20 DAYS TO VACATE and are being offered NO COMPENSATION for their trouble. They both live and operate an establishment on the property - their home and livelihood are being taken away.

If you like travelling in this region of Turkey, or are interested in visiting this area (near Kas, Demre, Olympos, Antalya) - please help!!!

    Hi there, when I was in Turkey, I involved so many times in diving tours to Kas, no way to forget how beautiful Kas and that coastline is.. Unfortunately, after reading this post, I had no hope for this fella and his family..Coz of, if military decided to something nothing can stop them..in Turkey, military has power as much as goverment...I hope this friend get away from this situation and everything works out nicely..
